BD to DVD Blu-ray ISO to DVD error

    Couldn't find this by searching....

Not sure if this is possible but I'm trying to use my legit version of Blu-ray Copy to convert a full size blu-ray ISO down to BD5 size (4300mb). When I run the process it errors out, any idea what's causing this? Thanks anyone.

To better illuminate the problem, please attach the DVDFab internal log session from the failed attempt. Instructions for this are linked in my sig (below) if needed.

Although v8229 is no longer officially supported someone will try to help you. Also, you seem to have edited the log file, which makes this more difficult. Also, in the future please attach the log file rather than posting it in the text window. Instructions for this are linked in my sig, below. If you want quick assistance, update to v9.2.2.x and attach a log from a current version of the product and tell us whether the ISO was made with DVDFab.

          re:

I remember in the past when I opened Dvdvfab I used to receive popups that a newer version was available...that downloaded and auto-installed over my existing version. Haven't seen that in a while.

So I just installed V9 but it did a parallel install and on opening wants me to purchase it. Am I not allowed to use my existing serial key with version 9?

No, your license for v8 is 100% applicable to v9, but it uses a different authentication system. You must first create a user account at the Member Center on the DVDFab website (http://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=register&t=per) being certain to use the email address you used when purchasing the product. Remember this email and password, you must enter them on the Activate page of DVDFab v9 (shown on attachment) to register the product. This will enable access to updated decryption information and other capabilities in the registered version that are not available in the free version.
