DVD Ripper Cannot Rip Big Bang Theory

My issue is that, I get to 14% of the rip of a file and nothing happens at all after that. Eventually, the time remaining sets itself to zero.

I found this entry in the player.log:
    23:03:57 Conversion: one pass
    23:04:00 Work 1 failed, Error = control module_mux_common init_error_write_header

Don't know what to make of it. Is there something that I can do to get the rip to work? I am ripping to MP4.

    Regards,

    Tim

Use the latest version of Fab make sure the disk is clean and scratch free then if it don't work send the whole log file for the disk with the latest version of fab being used not part of it.

      Attaching Log Files

DVD Fab version is 10.0.2.9 - It is the latest version.
Have cleaned the discs (tried several) and same result.

The discs are HD Combo format - not sure if this is relevant.
Attached are all the log files that are in the directory.

Some of the files were too large so, entries have been deleted from them.

      Thanks for your assistance.

      Regards,

      Tim

I am not sure if Fab does HD combo disks so staff will have to answer this but you used a old version of Fab to do this.We need the internal log file from the newest Fab version the last disk done is at the bottom of that log just cut and paste the last log into a post here old logs don't help.We don't need all the logs in the folder just the last one done with the newest Fab version.

Try clicking common settings - drives - hybrid disc - click enable hybrid disc support - drop down menu slect HD-DVD.

When I checked for updates yesterday, the software told me that I had the latest version. Today, I got offered a new version which I installed and everything started working.

Thank you all for your replies and help.
            Everything is resolved.

Thanks - when I go to common settings, there is no option for "Drive etc", which is interesting.
