Windows 10 version 1703 not working

Ever since windows updated me to their new version 1703 Dvdfab will not load. I click on the application and dvdfab goes to the startup splash screen then immediately goes to report-info page that says dvdfab has encountered problem. Have reinstalled several times to only get same problem.

Make sure that you are running dvdfab " as administrator "

I have run as administrator and have same problem. Dvdfab mini does work though so it looks like I will use it, but I mini only has full disk and main movie options and I usually use the customize function in the full version.

Restart your computer in safe mode and see if dvdfab will Run

You can always go back to the earlier version of windows 10. I had to as my older printer/fax copying machine wouldn't work and other things not working.

Hi Dora, I am waiting for webbdavs answer, I have the exact same issue, but i have already gone back to Anniversary Edition from Creators Edition . Its not A/V related, its not Admin related, safe mode doesn't change anything. Opens to splash screen and crashes. It funny , he is right the Mini works fine but I need way more than the mini, I need my Fab.

Any other security/firewall software installed ??
And your computer's graphics card drivers are up to date.
Did you try adding dvdfab to the windows data execution prevention ?

                            You can try it first.
We will find the cause and fix it in the future.
