NOTE that I don't have AnyDVD on my PC, I never have.

So, is it the disc, or my installation, or a problem with the latest version of Passkey?

    Hi Mac
I do not have that set, I will try a few myself and see how they turn out. I have 9200 installed but it has been loafing today.

      Hi,

It's not caused by AnyDVD, it's the new disc.

Please upload the all files except *.m2ts files here.

      Thanks!

Hi Signals, for me it could also be bandwidth rates between here and wherever the server is located. Our trans-ocean pipe is generally deemed inadequate, and is often a bottleneck, which is why I usually ask if others see similar problems in other parts of the world.

Hi Wilson, many thanks. Disc contents (minus STREAMS) uploaded to folder "Mummys_Ghost_Curse" under my name on the FTP site.

(This is the set bought from https://www.amazon.com/Mummy-Complet...s=Mummy+Legacy. The first disc in the set doesn't have a problem with Passkey, but it's the same disc as was released a few years ago in another set, so probably uses an older form of copy protection. The other newer discs take a long time to decrypt, including requiring manual input to confirm the region. It's one of these newer discs that I uploaded.)

Thanks for the feedback Mac and the link. This was the best of the Universal horror series IMHO, with a possible close second for Karloff as The Monster in Frankenstein. I ordered the Mummy set.

Hope you enjoy it, Signals. ;-)

I think Universal did a great job with this Mummy set -- all the transfers come from new scans of the original camera negatives, unlike the Wolf Man set, where two films I really wanted to see restored were merely upscales of older scans made for the previous DVD release. That was a bit disappointing, but I do agree -- like you, my favourite Universal monster is Karloff in Frankenstein.

I'm planning on getting all the Legacy sets -- there's really just the Invisible Man and Creature from the Black Lagoon to go now, unless they also do a set with Phantom of the Opera bundled with other uncollected titles (like The Cat and the Canary and The Hunchback of Notre Dame). And there's enough good Karloff titles to put together another Karloff set, such as The Old Dark House, The Raven, and The Black Cat.

Hmm, sorry, got a bit carried away! !

Can't wait for them to get here. Glad to hear the transfers are top notch.
