DVD Ripper Rip start > Crash > No crash report

DVDfab worked great on my former computer, but it died Friday.
Attempting to get it to work on new computer, but no luck.

    Win10 home 64 bit.
    DVDfab 9.3.1.6

    Divergent: Insurgent with Cinavia
Same result with the last 3 DVDs I've attempted to backup.

    Output: H264 / ACC / 720x304 / Standard quality / Subtitles off.
Start rip to mp4, but program crashes before any ripping happens.
    No crash report in directory.

Make sure you are running dvdfab "as administrator"

Please update your graphics card driver and try again, it's too old....

      Thanks!

        Thank you! Not fixed yet.

Thank you so much for your help.

I did the following steps as per your suggestions:
        1. Set nVidia as default graphics adapter.
        2. Updated drivers for both internal and nVidia display adapters.
        3. Ran as administrator.
        Same result.
        Uploaded fresh log files.

I apologize for being such a nuisance.
I've owned four other computers since purchasing DVDfab, and never that this happen. I love your program.

I would try it using all software in Fab settings if that Don't work try MKV profile to see if that works.

I was able to backup to an iso image, but I'm unable to convert to MP4, MKV or AVI.
This is a major disappointment because I've been a happy DVDfab user since 2008.

Is there any other diagnostic option?

Yes if you tried turning cuda off in fab settings and just use all software.

I'm not sure what CUDA is, but disabling it seems to have done the job.
                Thank you very much!

Cuda is used to speed up your cpus work when using Fab turn it back on when done.
