Blu Ray to ISO hangs indefinitely

Hello everyone,

I have found that DVD Fab 10.0.2.8 hangs for certain Blu Rays when I am doing a full disc copy to ISO.
Glory special edition & disc 3 of season 2 of Rome both hang during the disc copy process either at 30 or 13 %
There is no obvious reason for this and neither cleaning the disc, restarting DVD Fab or a search of existing forum threads suggests a solution.
Has anyone come across the iso disc copy function hanging before and if so, did anyone find a solution?

please post the dvdfab internal log files.
Also check your computer bluray drive's for a firmware update.
And your computer's graphics card has the latest driver update.
