From DVDFab Staff New Installer/Uninstaller in Beta v10.0.2.3

This new Beta version uses the fast new v10 installer for DVDFab, so be prepared for a new look and feel.

    • When first run, it will automatically uninstall previous versions of v10; it will also ask if you want to preserve personal settings; answer "Yes" to keep your current Common Settings choices.
    • Any other versions (v8, v9 etc.) will not be disturbed
    • It will present you with an option for a "Quick Install", this just pre-answers some of the normal questions; you can see what they are and change your responses by clicking the almost invisible yellow down arrow on the far right
    • The following installer languages are supported in the Beta:
      JA,FR,DE,EN,ZH, CHS
    • The following will be added early next week or in the next release: NO,SVE,PT,NL,PL,RU,CZ,ES,HU,IT.
    • If you have a problem using the new Installer or Uninstaller, post in this thread, including the install log and DVDFab internal log (attach to post). The thread will remain open for any problems or comments, please try it.

Sorry you had trouble, but thanks for the feedback. Any error popups or other screen messages? Any entry in the DVDFab internal log?

What language are you installing to? I noticed the movie language is CZ and signals has stated CZ is not supported in the installer yet. Just throwing it out there?
How to post the internal log

You should run the installer exe from an EN path on your PC. Please try that and report the result here.

No longer able to do upgrades to Beta versions

Ever since 10.0.2.2 I am no longer able to get the updates to Beta version by going into DVDFab and clicking on check updates. When I do it will just say I have the latest version. This happen even though I have the "allow upgrading to Beta versions" checked. I now have to make sure I go to the form each day to see if there are any updates, then download and install from there.
Will this be fixed in the future?
                  Thanks

Uninstall option in Windows 10 1703 UI.

The entry is not in the "Aps & Features" setting page, nor in the "Programs and Features" of the Control Panel.

It happens the Windows 10 Creators Update (1703) and the Redstone 3 insider build 16170.
