Removal for Blu-ray Upgrade and no cianvia warning

Just upgraded to 10.0.0.8 and attempted to open Arrival blu ray. Got no Cinavia warning. Retail copy OF Paramount blu-ray with dts master audio.
    Anyone have suggestions?
Continuing to have issues with many titles.

          Upgrade and no warning

          Thank you,
I am finding some other titles in the list that are similar...Spotlight, Chef, Django Unchained,Mud, all with no cinavia but are in the list of infected titles.
Also, the distributor appears to be different. List states Sony, disc states Paramount or Universal. So for US titles, it is a wait and see proposition. I always check the infected list prior to starting a copy.I do note the "affected discs" is written and NA discs is also noted. Does this mean that some discs from USA may not be infected?
Should I assume if there is no warning that there is no cinavia present?
I,m having issues which may not be issues if the cinavia is not present.
I understand the program is new and want it to work correctly.
Thank you for your assistance. I will keep trying.

Only Universal/Lionsgate and Sony use Cinavia.
