We now feel very proud to release the very 1st official version of DVDFab for Linux!
Compared to the 1st Alpha version released about two months ago, the 1st official version 10.0.4.0 is a huge improvement, in regards to both feature sets and stability. This official Linux version has almost 85% of the features presented in the Windows and macOS siblings, except only for the Cinavia series, DRM removal utility, and also the Preview and Video Edit features in the Ripper and Converter modules. Those missing modules and features will be ready in just a few more weeks. However, the DRM Removal utility shall never board the Linux version, due to the simple fact that there is no iTunes available on the Linux OS, either.
In the meantime, we would like to thank those early testers who have devoted considerable amount of time evaluating, testing the previous Alpha version, and timely reporting the problems that they encountered. All your valuable feedbacks have helped our developers efficiently diagnose, analyze and then find the cures to various problems. If it were not for all of your enthusiasm and trust, this 1st official version would not have come out so fast! Thank you all very much.
