    Converter keeps 1 audio track

    Hi
Since V10(any and all-i keep testing each version) i've lost the functionality of keeping multi audio tracks when i convert drm-free mp4 to mp4(just re-encode to make the file smaller) this also doesnt work from a BD rip to m2ts to mp4(this test actually crashes dvdfab10) everything is still good with dvdfab9.3.2.1, by the way this is on a win7 pc and does exactly the same on my other pc running w10pro.

    Thanks for any help.
PS: been using dvdfab forever and i love it i wish i could dump the old V9 and use V10

              Hello,

Wilson tested the file, and don't seem to reproduce the problem.

Please check image and confirm whether this is what you see after loading the source.

              Regards,

Just for fun(since you guys dont get any problems) ive uninstalled V9&V10
rebooted downloaded latest V10 installed it and loaded the file in the converter module, selected all 3 languages and in the advanced options i selected quality "standard" and for audio i selected "copy".... as soon as i click start it crashes DVDfab.

i can confirm the Copy audio in the advanced options is what crashes dvdfab, i just did a test with only 1 language(any) and as soon as i select copy audio it crashes. hope this helps.

                        Hello,

We don't reproduce the problem. Please download DVDFab 10.0.2.0 at http://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB10 to try again.

If still get the same problem, please feedback with the latest log file. Thanks.

                        Regards,

what baffles me the most is that your team cannot reproduce this bug while i can on 2 separate computers with 2 different OS's, win7 and win10.
