BD Ripper (3D Plus) 10.0.3.4 taking forever to load and start ripping

Just installed the new 10.0.3.4. It's taking a very long time for the disc to appear in the task queue manager after being inserted into the BD drive. Then when you hit the Start button, it takes a very long time until the process actually starts.

A look into the log seems to show that there are multiple rounds of blupath things going on.

Log file is attached. You can see that it took 4 minutes after hitting start before the ripping started.

    Hope this info helps! Thanks!

As I understand blu path when it encounters a new movie it takes longer to teach itself then after the first try any try's after will be quite fast so if you want to test this after it's done it should be fast for everyone now.

Ah, i didn't realize it's a networked function. Maybe a slow network day.

I did run it twice and that log was from the second time loading it. The movie, itself, came out in 2010 I believe so nothing new.

          Hi Wilson,

Here is a new log. You can see that the first item takes about 5 minutes just to load. Looks like BluPath had to timeout twice (something about no playlist) before it would continue.

The same thing occurred when I hit start - with it taking 5 minutes before the ripping process to start after pressing the button.

This is now with the latest version: 10.0.3.5.

          Hope this helps.

The log shows 2 cases. I uploaded the log once ripping started. Nothing strange happened after that. I may have cleared the log since then, but can check if it'll be of any use.

                    Hi,

Please copy out all the files of the disc except /BDMV/STREAM/*.m2ts file and zip them.

                    Then attach in forum.

I will ask the dev to check it.

                    Thanks!
