Drive does not recognize the presence of a disk in the drive. Therefore, program does not load it. I had this same thing happen on a disk sometime back. Nothing wrong with my burner. All other disks are recognized and program proceeds as expected.

Do you have the latest firmware update for your computer's Blue Ray burner ?? Might also try Uninstalling the burner an restart your computer
And let windows reinstall the drive. Also try clicking common settings -
Drives and make sure all drives are slected.

Re download the latest version again from my link this worked for another user.And restart your computer.
