    failed to copy

    hi all
my problem is since i uploaded 10.0.2.5 i cannot copy any disc,?
dvdfab will read the disc ok, then asks you to choose a write speed, now weather you choose a write speed or not nakes no diference the out come the same, you press ok and a box comes up with "FAILED TO BURN DVD, DO YOU WANT TO BURN AGAIN". and thats as far as you get.
So removed dvdfab 10 from computer, ran CCleaner several times, then did a fresh install of 10 from dvdfabs site, tried again to copy with the same result as before.
Since i upgraded i now have the same fault on dvdfab mini and version 9 of dvdfab.

    can anyone help with this?

have enclosed the following logs- internal, burn, process.
    regards

make sure that you are running dvdfab "as administrator"
have you checked that your graphics card has the latest driver update
and your computer's dvd writer has the latest firmware update.

You might try imgburn to burn your disc.
Also what brand of blank disc's do you use.
Did you try Uninstalling your dvd burner restart your computer
And let windows reinstall the drive

What size blank media are you using Mickey? Looks like it's set to burn to dual layer (DVD-9).
How to post the internal log
