The Martian 3D bluray Not Working

Trying to make a copy of The Martian 3D bluray using imgburn.

Everything completes successfully and the bluray loads, the "put your 3D glasses on now" message appears and then the 20th Century Fox intro plays.

Then I get a black screen and nothing happens.

I have tried two different bluray players and both produce the same result. I have verified with imgburn and it passes I have been burning at x4 speed and am using Verbatim BD-DL media.

I have tried unticking remove region lock and BD live but it is still the same. I have wasted 5 BD disks because of this.

I am using passkey version 9.1.0.2

Open imgburn and click tools - settings - write - page 1 - check perform
OPC before write. Try burning the disc again and see if it plays.

I tried this and the same result. Cant afford to keep wasting discs.

Try playing the disc on a media player like dvdfab media player - http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showthread.php?t=29694 see if it plays
                  On that.

                        Hello,

We need files that is under BDMV folder from the original movie disc, except the STREAM folder, to help check this problem:
1> Load the Blu-ray disc to PC drive, open it in windows explorer where you will have AACS folder, CERTIFICATE folder, BDSVM folder (some Blu-ray doesn't have this folder) and BDMV folder.

2> Create a new folder and then copy and paste the entire AACS folder, CERTIFICATE folder and BDSVM folder to it; after that open the BDMV folder, copy all the files and folders except the STREAM folder to that new folder as well.
3> Zip the new folder and send it to us.

                        Regards,
                        mona

                          Hi wallsballs,

Please help us to do a test:
                          1. Please click "Default" in Passkey settings window, then click "OK".
                          2. Insert and open the disc again;
                          3. Play the disc with a software player like PowerDVD or TMT to confirm it can be played in 3D mode.

                          Thanks.

                          Best Regards,

I am unable to do this as I do not own a full version of powerDVD.

I have sent a dropbox link via PM to Mona as the requested files are 300mb & to large to send over email.

                              I have had no response.
