BD Ripper (3D Plus) Ripping problem

I have a problem ripping Blu-ray discs. At first it was the odd few but it appears to fail on every disc now.
It starts to rip whatever title I am doing okay but then after approximate 2 minutes (about 2% in) it just stops. The Fps slowly reduces from in the 30's to 0, the time left increases hugely (15 hours plus). When the Fps reaches 0 there is a delay of approximately X minutes before a message reporting that the process is complete appears. The size of the file generated is 80MB

Rip profile and basic PC specification is attached.

DVDFab had been working well up until recently when I installed version 10. I am currently running 10.0.3.2 01/04/2017. Any ideas as to my problem?

Doe's it do this on version 9 as well? post the internal log file the last disk done is at the bottom cut and past it into a post here.

1st - check to make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date
And that your computer's bluray drive has the latest firmware update.

2nd - try clicking common settings - av codec and switch everything to software Restart dvdfab and retry the disc again.

Okay, latest nVidia drivers installed and Blu-ray drive firmware updated to 1.6

AV codecs disabled (set to software) and repeated on version 9. Sadly I still get the same problem. It rips for approximately 2% and then just hangs in the rip. No drive activity, no cpu activity etc.

Make sure the disk is clean and retry with the new updated firmware in the latest Version 10 if that don't work try version 8 still on Fabs. front page.Post the latest version 10 log with your updated firmware so Fab staff can take a look at it when they come to work later tonight if it doesn't work.

I don't know if this is of any interest. I gave up on trying to rip Star Trek (the first with Chris Pine as Kirk) and tried Jack Reacher. This appears to be going through now.

That won't help as you used 10year old firmware on the drive the graphic card is old with a old version of cuda and that firmware was just updated so all your old info. is really no good not to mention version 9 is no longer supported.

If you want help lets take the Star trek disk and find out why it doesn't work with version 10 (the newest) and all your upgrades to the firmware's if you read all the pioneer's change logs you will see it made changes and improvements to burning blu rays and more support for newer blank disks and speeds for burning them.

Try checking copy audio in advanced settings for the star trek movie and try again.

Okay, latest news. I ripped Jack Reacher last night using the latest version 10 software and that worked okay.
I tried ripping Star Trek with the exact same settings and that failed (with the usual problem).
I am currently ripping Star Trek using the copy audio switch you suggested and that does now appear to be going through (currently at 10%).
I'll inform you of the progress later this evening.

If this works, would that highlight any possible cause at my end?

Seems Fab has a problem converting the Dolby true soundtrack to 2 channel ac-3.
Staff will have to look at this.

So, partial success. Star Trek Ripped successfully using the Copy Audio Switch. The bad news is that I'm unable to play any audio when trying to watch the mkv file in Windows (Media Player or Films & TV).
It may be that I need to open a support issue if there are known problems down sampling the Audio stream.

Some meda players can't play that soundtrack the free version of Fabs media player can play it from the hard drive.The paid version can play it from disk there's a 30 day free trial for the paid version.
