I need a bit of help. I have used DVDFab 8 for a long time with little to no issues.
I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 10.
I purchased DVDFab 10 and installed it. I cannot get this to run at all.
I put the DVD in, it sees the DVD, analyzes it, I select the files in the ripper I want and start.....it starts then closes out almost immediately, no message no nothing
I will preface this request by stating.....I am certain I am doing something stupid.
I am wondering if there is a section that details what I need information I need to gather to get help with this issue.
