Symptoms : installed 9.2.1.9 over 9.1.5.2 which was working...
App does not launch.
I'm stuck with a multicoloured spinning ball.

I would like you to solve this apparently common problem...
I guess that by now you already have a lot of feedback about this issue.

Hangs on Startup

Has anybody get this resolved yet? The problem is very random. Sometimes spinning colored ball, sometimes the software opens then quit, etc. Macbook Pro - everything is up to date!!

Has this been resolved? I'm also crashing at start up. It's fine when I boot the machine for the first time, but if I close the program, then restart, it hangs.

DVDFab for Mac hangs on startup

DVDFab v 9.2.2.0 hangs on startup with spinning ball of death. After installation, I was able to rip one DVD to an .iso file then it never worked again. I am attaching the internal log.

I'm not going to repeat everything already said as my issue is the same, I fire up DVDFab and it just hangs with no screen display and I have to Force Quit.
Has anyone worked out a manual fix or do we have to wait for an update from DVDFab?
It would be good if DVDFab would allow us to install the Windows version temporally if you have a computer running windows - with Mac licence used to unlock features. Just until they fix the Mac version problem.

Please remove the current version and then download and give DVDFab 9.2.2.8 a try.

DVDFab 9.2.3.1 hangs again

DVDFab 9.2.2.0 worked fine for me but now DVDFab 9.2.3.1 hangs again at startup.

I attached two log files, one for a failed startup and one for a successful startup, obtained by issuing the following command in the terminal

/Applications/DVDFab\ 9.app/Contents/MacOS/DVDFab /qtlog

Please fix it again!

DVDFab 9.2.3.1 on Macbook Pro hangs too

I am unable to start DVDFab on a fresh installed MacBook Pro.

The screen is messed up and Software hangs until terminated.

I am also unable to start the program on a 15" Macbook Pro. Running 10.10.5

It hangs up until terminated.

(I don't know where to grab the log file, so if someone can explain how, I will post it.)

Oddly enough, it didn't hang up until I purchased the program. Once I purchased it, I quit the program and restarted it and now it hangs.
