App Hangs on Startup

DVDFab application continues to hang on startup. Attached is the log.

Has DVDFab been able to reproduce the problem?

Same issue with:
App info: 9.2.3.9 9239 Official
Init process: Mac os type is Mac OS X 10.10.5.

Note that at the end of the log I see:
Init preview: Init internal engine failed.


I have tried removing it and installing older versions. None of them seems to work.

Please let me know if I can enable additional logging or provide any more information.

Started to hang on startup for me as well today. I updated to the latest version, no effect - still hangs on startup. The computer starts getting very warm after a minute or so if I let it go without a force quit.

9.3.1.1 still hangs at startup

This seems to have been going on for a very long time. Multiple versions and still a lot of paying customers without resolution.

Has the development team been able to reproduce this issue?

9.3.1.2 hang up many times

Title matter only. This trouble is very important I think.
