Other Hardware Minimum Spec Hardware

I'm looking at possibly replacing my aging pc, especially as no longer used for gaming and only need pc for ripping (Dvdfab) and photo-procession (Lightroom) and Office.

So what is the minimum spec I could get away with for using dvdfab (ripping dvd/bd to mkv)

My opinion, I would forgo an expensive graphics card and go with an Intel processor capable of QuickSync and about 4GB of RAM. The rest is just cream cheese.

I currently have an i7-2600K, 16GB Ram and GTX580 which for my use these days is overkill
