I am getting the following error:

Work 1 failed, Error = 504.00 0 error: filter name(503.09), type(32), id(6), get fatal exception

Hi bhendrix
Check your settings and set them to software.
Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

Also try copying to HDD first, then use that folder for your converting, to see if you get the same error.

Still no luck

I was able to copy to HDD without a problem. Now when I convert folder with iPad profile to mp4, I get pop-up window that states the following:

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
