Can't Open The Hobbit Extended Edition DVD

FYI I am trying with the newest software and I am unable to open The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey Extended Edition on DVD

Sorry about not posting log files

I removed all the old logs and tried the DVD again and these are the logs that are generated. I give it a few minutes to try before I canceled the opening process

Same problem here, opened disc 2 immediately but it took my computer 30 minutes to finally open disc 1, and I am running an i7 with 12GB RAM and 2 GTX670's.

(2m 31.36s: failed to open 1) that's funny the title seems to be unsupported I wonder how waiting 30 mins. can open it?
I would let Fab have up to 4 mins. before canceling it in case the internet or server is slow.

Disabling PathPlayer seems to make it to work for me. I am at 35% complete with a copy of disc 1 as I write this.
