Internet is required etc but internet is working?

My internet is working fine but I'm getting this error message "Internet is required to open this Blu-Ray disc", fab has been working fine and I last opened a blu-ray disc two days ago without a problem. I'm getting this across two computers, I tried turning the windows firewall off but still the same issue.

The log file seems to indicate that the fab server may be down, I'll post the log below if it's of any help.

PS - I had to remove part of the log, I was getting some error from the forum saying "You have included 10 images in your message. You are limited to using 4 images so please go back and correct the problem and then continue again. Images include use of smilies, the BB code [img] tag and HTML <img> tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator." but I did not, strange.

No problem, as long as I know it's not on my end and that you know about it.

It's working find for me now and I didn't even have to flush my DNS.

I am having the same problem. My internet is working fine as i am posting this reply but DVDFAB will not connect to the internet while trying to access a Bluray.

I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled DVDFAB and now it will not connect to the internet to activate itself!

I am using Version 9209 as 9210 has problems with compressing to dvd9 format with blurays, the picture stutters.

                    Flushed it through command prompt.
                    still won't access the server.

have you check your internet protocol, where it says( obtain an IP address automatically) (obtain DNS automatically )

I have switched off Windows Defender and it makes no difference.

I have just checked my Media Centre PC which has DVDFAB on it and it has the same problem. Cannot log in or access the server.
