Man Up - Error while reading!

First DVD I've tried to copy since installing the v9.2.2.8 update.

DVDFab won't even read the disk.



I should add that it plays fine in VLC from the same drive I get the error above while using DVDFab.

please post the dvdfab internal log files.
make sure that you are using the registered version with pathplayer
set to always enabled. you might also check the disc for dirt, scratches ect.
and try to clean the disc.

I have a lifetime subscription.

Been using DVDFab disk copy for at least 2 years and have copied 100's of discs. This is a new DVD, right out of the box, never been used before.

I have never enabled pathplayer.

However, I did it now and DVDFab was able to read the disc.

It is copying now.
