    code "4294967295 error on playback

    hi - I just upgraded to 8.0.3.2.

    used the same options as 400+ times before - dvd ripper generic.default

    but no sound on playback - tells me

    "you may need an additional audio decoder . . . .
    this file contains a track in an unknown format . . . .
    you may need to install a directshow decoder . . . "

    previous copies play ok when ripped with earlier versions

    Not sure if it make a difference but Ironman 2 is DVD trying to rip

    no errors during rip

    reloaded codec from DVDFAB site

    still no joy.

    Any help appreciated.

    Should really update to latest release DVDFab 8.0.4.0 http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=9374 not sure about the codec problem as I not have that on Windows 7 but on XP I did and I downloaded a XP codec pack and no more codec problem

      apologies - I meant from 8.0.3.2. - to confirm I am running 8.0.4.0

      I am running XP - all SP up to date and security releases

      Still no joy on the sound for new DVD ripped using 8.0.4.0

        It up to you to install but once I installed the codec pack in link below I had sound and no problems playing my files
