No way I can think of to do individual ISOs for each episode without doing them one at a time with Main Movie or Customize modes. You can make individual VOB files with the original quality using VOB Passthrough in DVD Ripper. To maintain something close to the original quality otherwise in DVD Ripper would take a large screen size and high bitrate and would take much longer. VOB Passthrough is very quick (but has no subtitles or other DVD-like features). It will also allow you to queue up all the episodes on a disc and do them all at once.
