Try it single pass and with the CUDA crap turned off.

As GregiBoy said please try turning off Cuda

Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

If still having problems please try the latest version found here it has many fixes.

I get that same error using the 3d bd ripper, dont know whats going, tried the suggestion here but its not helping. I am on latest version to. :confused:

Trying to make an MP4 and it immediately failed with the work error.

hopefully the "fix" isn't to disable GPU. I'll spend hours trying different things for anyone looking to narrow down the issue, but if the fix involves disabling GPU encoding I see no point as its the only reason i use this software.

So sorry to tell you that the sollution about this issue is trying disable GPU acceleration for now. Please disable GPU and try it again.
