DVDFab copies both PAL and NTSC DVDs with no changes to settings, but it does not convert from one to the other, i.e. PAL in, PAL out, the same for NTSC. If you want a PAL framerate output in DVD to Mobile, select the Same As Source button in DVDFab Common Settings or 25fps as the output framerate on the mobile conversion settings page.
