Blu-ray Walking Dead rip issue

I'm trying to rip the Walking Dead episodes individually from the Blu-ray disc. I'm encountering difficulties when it comes to ripping the last episode found on each of season one's BR disc. The issue is that I can not edit the preferences of the output and it records the subtitles forced on the screen no matter if I uncheck the subtitle option. The edit button does not function when I check that particular episodes on the disc.

I've noticed the same issue with Season One of Games of Thrones. Has anyone had the same issue or managed to find a work around? The first episode on the disc rips perfectly but the later one's will burn the subtitles on the screen (regardless if I un check the subtitle language on the main screen.

Are you sure that the subtitles are not already burnt into the original video stream?

Positive ..it is the original BD and it plays without the subtitles (unless you select it in the main menu).
