No, the Full Disc button in v9 is the same as that named function in v8, it copies by title, it just copies all of them, i.e. the output disc layout is different than that on the original. Clone is the bit-for-bit read function that preserves the disc layout of the original, including the layer break. Clone is being added to v9, they are actually working on it today.
