Any chance to get the space for the field

in the Settings under Sound to get some more space to allow for more characters to be seen? Now it's a bit short and truncates the translated word.

There are some stuff that is not translatable.

1.

Settings -> Audio -> Output Device

"Analog & Optical/Coax" in the drop down list is not in the language file as strings.

2.

Check for updates

The various pop-up windows after this check is not in the language file as strings.
