onkyo95 Anyone know how to get logged into a dvd fab account? I have tried my password several times and it doesn't work. When I try the "forgot Password" option it says the verification failed. I can't renew my dvd fab if I can't get into my account.
signals OnkyoSend an email to support@dvdfab.com, they are the only ones that can access the customer database. Verification Failed can mean that it could not find your email address, make sure you are using the same one that is listed for the original purchase.
onkyo95 Have tried the email adddress that you provided 2 times now and the email gets returned as undeliverable to support@dvdfab.com. Message says that user unknown in virtual mailbox table, whatever that means.

signals My error, the current generic email is service@dvdfab.com. But as my old friend said, Mona is the fixer for license/email issues.
