akadennis Hello, I'm trying to create a BDMV-REC backup of a movie that has Cinavia but the option to do so is greyed out. Is this no longer available or am I doing something wrong. I'm using a recordable BD-R 4X 25GB Single Layer disc. Please help.
glenns This kind of disk will only work with Playstation with real old firmware so I don't see any use for it anymore.Get a media player or older blu ray player to play disks with Cinavia in them.
signals BDMV-REC should also work with some models of standalone players, probably older ones. Should still be available in DVDFab AFAIK. If I can find one of my Cinavia-infected discs I will try it. Some burners do not support making these discs.
fengtao To create BDMV-REC, you need have original Blu-ray disc with Cinavia protection as source, and copy it to BD25 disc.
