Monsters University copy not Play

DVDFab created a DVD copy of Monsters University without any errors I could find. When I insert the dvd in a player. The disc loads a menu to chose language. However pressing enter for any language the movie never begins I can't go past the language choice menu. Has anyone had similar experience or suggestions?

Thanks I am in the process of doing as you suggested..Main Movie only option. Iwill post result

Hi Devoir,

Please help us to solve the problem with the following steps:
1. Open the disc in DVDFab 9;
2. Right click on the main title, choose "Export Source Info" from the pop up menu;
3. Zip the log folder, which is like "C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab9\Log";
4. Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdfab.com, please replace (at) with @.
