How does one go about changing from the Dvd Fab Ripper version. To the Dvd Copy version. I mistakenly purchased the incorrect version. I've tried to email customer support with no response. Any answers or ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks. Brad

I did the same thing. I believe it was Mona that helped me out. If I remember correctly, I was asked to order the correct one that I wanted & then after that they refunded my bad purchase. It all went smoothly.
