Update Problem

While updating to the latest software I have multiply errors. I hit retry and they worked, but I got the warning" Qt Platform plugin Windows". It won"t run even after I have uninstalled, Used an earlier version and used a restore point several days earlier. What can I do?

Please go to C:/Program Files/DVDFab 9/platforms folder, and delete is-KPITD.tmp file, then restart DVDFab to see the result.

If cannot find is-KPITD.tmp file in DVDFab 9/platforms folder, please click Tool button>Folder option>View, to tick "Show hidden file, folders, and drive", and then you should find that file.

Check if there is any other files rather than just attachment ,
if yes, only keep the three files and delete all other files.

I deleted DVDFAB9\ and nothing changed.

I deleted Platforms and It would not run.

Please re-download DVDFab and reinstall DVDFab.
