I keep getting error reading disc in all versions. Wants me to ignore but still won't copy. anyone have an idea? I disabled pathplayer but still didn't work.
This is the HBO mini series. Is there a fix?

Open DVDFab with PathPlayer enabled and insert the disc and click "Ignore" (not Ignore All) for the first 4-5 errors, then click Ignore All or Abort. Then attach the DVDFab internal log session it just created and the pathplayer log. You can zip these and attach them.

The read errors can be produced by a scratched or damaged disc or by copy protection, the developers will need to check it for you. I have reported the problem to them.

The developers have requested some additional files since they do not currently have access to the original discs. For each disc that produces the read error message, please copy all of the files with an IFO suffix to a new folder on your desktop and zip it and attach to a new post, thanks. This will speed up a solution. Note that these must be from the original discs, not a decrypted folder or ISO. If you need help with this, send me a PM.

It appears that the only disc that I get the read error on is DISC 2.

However I have included these files for all 6 disks in case you need them.
Also Disc 2 will play just fine on the TV . The disc does not appear to be scratched any.

Thanks for supplying all the information. The staff is off for a national holiday until next week, which I am afraid may delay a solution for you, but they will be on it when they return.

Thank you for your help. Hope they enjoy the Holiday. Will check back next week. Also all the discs except 2 did copy. Mystery huh :rolleyes: Should they need me to mail them the disc I can, just want it back.

That will not be necessary, I have found the DVD version of the series and can test it and supply information to the developers as soon as they return.

My version of disc 2 does not produce the read errors you are seeing. We may have different versions of the disc or yours may be damaged. Try cleaning it gently and see if it will read correctly.
