Failed to open Blu-ray Disc

The series have 3 blu ray disc...
The software keep asking me to update dvdfab passkey in order to open the blu ray disc (I'm using the latest version though)

1 is from the dvdfab and another one is the log from passkey..

Thanks for the logs. Are you running DVDFab and Passkey together? If so, turn Passkey off (exit it) and try it again. DVDFab is having a problem talking with your optical drive and also a problem reaching the internet, which is required for Blu-ray decryption. Check to make sure some other software or setting is not blocking it.

Nop....I run them separately with internet connection too..
I try to reinstall both software as well...
But the problem is still the same...(I had encountered the same problem at anydvd as well on others laptop)
Software keep asking me to update it or replace the Blu-ray Disc of the series(3 Bluray Disc at all)..
However , the software works well with other bluray disc tho ~

I used another computer to open the Blu ray Disc..
The problem is still the same.
Either change the Blu ray Disc or update dvdfab passkey...
I had uploaded the latest log messages.
Can you help me to have a look at it again ? Thank you very much.

Your logs all show internet connectivity problems and SCSI errors when either DVDFab or Passkey tries to query the drive. We need to be able to duplicate the problem you are seeing and need the name and a purchase link for the disc(s) you are trying to open.

I have the same problem, I think. I just put the new DVDFab Passkey 8 on my new Windows 10 computer... on my old computer the software would open the Blu Ray when it's inserted. Here it doesn't do anything when I insert the Blu Ray... in INFO it says Disc media: Unknown, Disc is not opened. Not sure what's wrong?

Tried another disc, it's saying no disc, when it is surly there!

try running passkey "as Administrator" try clicking the default tab.
restart passkey.

Your disc is not supported at this time. The Beijing staff is checking on it. Even if it was supported, an internet connection would be required to open it. Your DVDFab installation appears to be in HD Decrypter (free version) mode, please check your license info and try to Activate it with your username and password from the Member Center on the DVDFab website.

I was so excited when I see there's a newer version of passkey..but still cannot open the disc ~ :(
Admin,may I know why does the disc is not being supported at the moment ? (copyright issues or technical issues)
and I didn't manage to get the free passkey during the promotion period :(
Does it mean that I need to buy the license when the disc is being supported in the future?
