can't remove the BDinfo. file in my documents

I tried this program and didn't like it over version 8. anyway after removing DVDFAB 9 it left a folder in my documents DVDfab9, inside that folder was another BDInfo and inside that folder was a file BDInfo. it was left behind after the uninstall...I can't delete it, PC says it doesn't exist..regedit can't find it...file assassin can't find it....now problem is NORTON Ghost wont do a my documents back up because it fails because it can't find this file's atributtes.....why are these folders and file in my documents when they don't exist and why and how can I remove them without a OS reinstall? thx....what a pain!

I just went into documents and deleted the DVD9 folder and it's all gone including bdinfo? If running Windows 10 check OneDrive it may be there too?

I have had this happen to me as well, but it was with a different program. Sometimes things like this happen. The easiest way to fix it is go to YouTube and search for undeleteable file. Here is a link to the method I used before to fix such a problem.

I use a program called Unlocker found here deletes anything.
