Why is it your Online Chat feature never gets answered? Every time I click on Click for Help>Chat Now I get told to leave an email. It is now time or your chat to be open, it should have been for the last 32 minutes, and yet I still can't get anyone to answer the online chat.

Should be someone there shortly, the office opens at 10AM Beijing time (about 10 minutes from now). Look around the forum, I think all your questions have been answered.
