better fps can suggest what video card in order to receive I am thinking of buying a new generation pascal card in my mind GTX 1070, but if I take going to give the same performance with 970 or 980 does not mean anything besides DVDFab pascal support Have not I'm not sure of it, and still cause poor performance in 6700 DDR4 system I do not understand that I have your 4790 IntelÂ® HD Graphics 4600 performance at 350MHz wonder how you get quick sync

His 4790K is a CPU, not an Intel graphics driver. Two completely different things.;) You have to download the Intel Graphics driver and enable it in your BIOS, if you also have a dedicated GPU
