Registration Keyfile for passkey

I Purchased Passkey DVD and Blu-ray lifetime license and when I logged into the member center I seen where there was a download for a dvdfab passkey registration key file I was wondering why is there a download for a file when you can't use it and must login into the member center to register passkey 9

You need not be concerned. Earlier versions of Passkey used a downloadable key file, newer ones do not.
