Received an error message to send feedback on MS when trying to play an archived iso of THOR

Is this the original or one of the sequels? Were you using simple or menu playback?

It was the original Thor (2011) on DVD. When I press play, I receive the error message. I do not see the menu to select Menu mode or Main movie.

If you do not have DVDFab Media Player 5, download it and use the free trial to see if it will play the ISO correctly. You can find it here: https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB_PLAYER_5 . I have the BD of Thor but not the DVD. Note that the ISO should not be mounted in a virtual drive, just click the "+" button and select the ISO file.

I am able to play the iso with VLC media player but the iso does not play with DVDFab_Player_5

The issue appears to be related to the DVDFab software.At first, I used the clone function to archive the movie to the MS. The movie did not play. Next, I used the FullDisc function to archive the movie to the MS. I was then able to view the movie on the server.
