having issues with folders and burning

i updated to this a day ago and I tried to download first man. in the drop down list of where the file would go I wasn't able to pick the destination I wanted which was the dvdfad 11 full disc location. instead it sent it to my users documents file location where it was saved as an iso file. then I tried to burn it onto a dvd but it wont let me burn a dvd 5 dick only a dvd 9 disc and it wants a dl dvd for it. how do I change these settings so I can direct where my file is located and set the burn to dvd 5?

I'm having a similar problem creating a backup of my copy of "First Man". I've run the copy routine using both my prior version of DVDFAB 10 and the most recent version of DVDFAB 11...The copy and burn process runs fine; full disk to completion with no errors noted. However, the playback indicates a blank disk...which it is, however; when looking at the DVD using windows explorer the DVD name; "FIRST MAN" shows but the disk is blank. I've tried the copy several times checking the settings but have not noticed anything out of the ordinary.
System; Gateway(FX I7) w/8gb mem, 1TB HDD, running Windows 10. I've included the log files.

what burning engine do you use ?? the dvdfab burning engine or imgburn
try burning the disc with imgburn and see if you still get a blank disc.

Tried again with DVDFAB 11 MINI and got same result. Burn completed and Dvd was blank. I looked at burn log and it appears after the burn completed, a format of disk took place.

Hi, please download and install DVDFab 11.0.1.6 at http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm

And then load the disc, choose a copy mode like Full Disc or Main Movie. Do not select Clone/Burn mode. And then you will be able to choose folder output type.

Also, make sure "Output" is set as DVD5, not DVD9.

From your description, it seems you are using Clone/Burn mode, thus you can only output a ISO and be asked for double layer disc.

If still have problem, please attach the latest dvdfab_internal log, thanks.
