It is best to use your GPU and set it to Cuda in the settings rather than software. You will need at least a GTX 1050, preferably better to get the speeds down. I am not sure how much time you will gain with a built in GPU on your Motherboard.
I have an EVGA GTX 1660 Ti and for Blu-Ray's it is under 10 minutes, for UHD's it is under 20 minutes. There is a Graph on the top right hand corner of the DVDFab GUI that tells you if CPU, Intel, Nvidia, or AMD is being utilised and can go up to x50 on the graph.
