What Firmware do I need for LG BU40N for UHD Copy and UHD Creator?

I have an LG BU40N with firmware 1.00. It works fine with MKV but doesn't work with either UHD COPY or UHD CREATOR. I was told I needed a different firmware for DVD Fab products. What firmware do I need and where do I get it? Thanks!

Neither UHD Copy OR UHD Creator will work. I was told I needed a firmware from that link I provided. When I asked which one I needed, I was told I need 1.00. SMH.

The DVDFab list says firmware FR07, TST0, BU10, CA03, or A100 is required. Not sure if "A100" is actually 1.00, I will ask the developers to verify it. Sorry you are having some problem with it. I am not sure how you would downgrade from a 1.00 firmware in any event (other than crossflashing). The devs generally recommend the full size LG drives, I have two of them (the USB 3 BE16NU50 fw 1.01 and a BH16NS55 fw 1.02 or lower) that both work flawlessly with DVDFab, Passkey and DeUHD. Also, what are you using to read the firmware number from your drive?

Does the drive work with any dvdFab programs with 4k disks?
If so you have the right firmware
Who told you ,you need different firmware?
