I am still holding off on my iMac M1 purchase until you support the M1 chip. Are you getting closer? Surely it only takes a rebuild on a M1 Mac with Xcode ?

DVDFab is a company not a who. Reason I asked is because we have seen nothing from the developer that this is the case. Further proven by the statement from the DVDFab Service Team in the other thread. Quote included below...

There could be some misunderstanding, as there is no estimated time available regarding the M1 version of DVDFab 12 yet.

You must have been told wrong. It is not supported, and I am getting tired of waiting for it. The M1 chip is supported on Stream Fav not DVDFab.

It turns out to support M1 is for StreamFab.
DVDFab 12 is not supported yet and we do not know when it would add into support at present.

Mac mini Intel 6-core 2018 - 8 GB ram

Mac mini M1 2020 - 16 GB ram

Intel: 28 min 05 sec - av. fps 132.30

M1: 19 min 41 sec - av. fps 188.86

Intel: 1 h 18 min 11 sec - av. fps 47.54

M1: 1 h 12 min 26 sec - av. fps 51.06

Intel: 21 min 10 sec - av. fps 175.64

My MacBookPro with M1 has been running DVDFab ( using Rosetta2 ) since I got it 6 months ago - no problems with any menus and using my Pioneer BDR-XD05S drive
it would be nice to have it Apple Silicon Native
