are you trying to download the TV show episodes all at once or one at a time ??
try downloading the episodes one at a time and see what happens.

Yes, october262. Some episodes download okay, but some episode on NCIS like season 2 & others cannot do it. it looks like it's been selective, I wonder why?
I tried other movies that do not have episodes, it work fine. I only have issues with those that have seasons with series of episodes.

The ones that I cannot download on NCIS Season 2, 3, 10, and others, they have the same choices like the rest of the NCIS season series, it's just that some cannot be downloaded and some can. it is like a hit and miss. hope you can try it yourself then let me know if you're successful so that I can follow your way. thanks.

Please list the movie/video links you tried, send all the log files under DVDFab Downloader log folder to us for troubleshooting, the default location for log file is:
C:\Users\computer name\Documents\DVDFabDownloader\log

Hi Mona:
I would like to let you know that until now, I'm having issues of not being able to download most of the NCIS season's episodes. when I selected them to be downloaded, it won't continue to download so that it can be recorded.I'm giving you an example of the NCIS TV series. Even tried only one episode, it still will not download. but when I selected any movie that do not have episodes, it works perfectly. hope these inability to download TV series can be resolve soon, so that I can continue and enjoy your software

Hello Everyone: Lately I'm encountering some issues when I try to download movies from Netflix using the DVDFab video downloader with the latest version. I cannot continue on downloading any Netflix movies even after signing out then signing in to my Netflix account or reopining the DVD Video DRM Downloader. Attached is the snapshot that I took on my issues:The screen shows: Pardon the Interruption, your Netflix session has expired, please sign out and sign in again: Error Code: M7111-1857-205000, If you have any solutions, please share your experiences with me and I do appreciate it very much.

I had the same issue the other night. I can't recall what fixed it... BUT I know I deleted the contents of the LOG folder (My Documents\DVDFab Downloader\log) and Cache folder (\My Documents\DVDFab Downloader\temp\cache). I don't recall what else I did.

Upon researching on the web, I came upon this about the Netflix Error Code on M7111-1957-205000: What is error code M7111 Netflix?
It means that our systems have detected that you are connecting via a VPN, proxy, or “unblocker” service. Because our content library can vary by region and and these services hide your region, you may not be able to stream some movies and TV shows when connected in this way.

These errors that I'm submitting, came about when I'm using the DVDFab DRM Video Downloader and trying to copy the Netflix movies and TV Series. Hope there will be a resolution on the DRM Video Downloader applications. It seems like Netflix has blocked the DVDFab DRM Video Downloader applications which prevented the users to stream Netflix on the DRM video apps.

I have tried downloading to the latest version of the DVDFab Downloader from 3013 to 3016-which make it worse??? Now, I cannot stream and download any Netflix movies nor TV series? so I downloaded my version back to 3013 which allow me to copy some Neflix movies. FYI

Unde the log folder that you wanted-there are several files as follows: CefMedia which has 24,385 KB: drmDownloader -1,663KB: DVDFab_Downloader- 424 KB: qef- 47 KB: qefdrm- 300,455 KB:. Some of them cannot be uploaded for you because it is more than allowed for upload. what shall I do? how should I upload those that are more than allowed for upload? please advise.

Hello there: Today, I tried to download a TV Series " Billions" from Amazon Prime Movie which I'm a member of and found out that I cannot do it. I've attached the error messgae that pop up from my screen and hoping anyone can take a look at it and guide me how to correct it. I do appreciate for those who responded to my questions and assisted me to resolve my issues.
