Fantastic to see Apple TV+ added to the growing list of sources supported by DRM Downloader, however getting something to download is proving to be very, very difficult.Namely series Ted Lasso and For All Mankind.See the attached zipped log, it contains a log for both titles.I'm not sure if the developers do tests with the new additions to the supported sites, but from my experiences I guess it would be no.Not only can I not download a file for more than 3 minutes, but the failure locks my computer up and forces me to restart it. Not had that experience with any of the other sites.My computer is 3 months old with an i5 processor, so it should be able to handle the downloads easily.Can you please ask the developers to take a look at the logs?Thanks[ATTACH]n392148[/ATTACH]

Have also tried multiple times to download Ted Lasso episoides, but a few seconds in it just stopped and a get a "failed" message. Please advise.

I also was having trouble recording "For All Man Kind" It would fail after 30 seconds. I later had troble downloading my update to the 3.0.2.2, so I dowloaded it from it directly from the web site and installed it. It ended up being a 64 bit viersion and I had a 32 bit version. I uninstalled the 32 bit version. Then tried the 64 version it works. Thouhgt I would pass that on. I now have a question for the DVDFab Service Team, I only have 10 meg service so I wanted to download as much of the "For All Man Kind" at night as I could. So I set it up marked all to download. checked it the next moring but nothing was there. I need help. please What logs do you need and how do I send them to you? Thanks

Any update imminent for Apple TV+ to allow downloading of episodic content?Most recent updates have concerned fixes to HBO Max (which I cannot get in Canada) leaving both Apple TV+ and Paramount+ problems stalled.Episodic content on Apple TV+ in nigh impossible to download more than a few minutes of, and although I pay for a Paramount+ account in Canada, all attempts to download a tv series is impossible as the white box the Downloader produces, to choose the episode's, is completely empty.Hopefully HBO Max now works well enough that you can move the developers time to getting Apple and Paramount up to a standard that allows Download users to get some content downloaded.See my original posts concerning the problems to access the logs provided.Not sent as a true criticism, more as an true observation.

3.0.0.1 is not working for Ted Lasso or Morning Show. I have downloaded the full seasons of See and Mythic Quest successfully but cannot get past 7 minutes of Ted Lasso or Morning Show. Log attached.

Maybe I don't understand. The reason you have us send you our log files is to see why we are having problems correct? Then your tech views our log files and see what our problem is so they can come up with a fix for us correct?

1. In the Settings, please do not enable acceleration

2. Please update the driver of your graphics card.

And then try again.

I update my video driver and turned off turbo mode but had the same results. Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest and Amazing Stories all failed around 7 minutes. However, Trying downloaded successfully. I have attached the log. I have previously downloaded the series See successfully.

I read the “dev” suggestions and after a number of months without any Apple+ episode download success, my initial thoughts were sceptical at best.
I went to settings and switched the accelerator off as suggested.
I made sure that the Downloader was the only program running and loaded the first episode of Ted Lasso.
IT WORKED.
The complete episode downloaded without locking up the computer, as it usually does.
I then tried episodes 2, 3 and 4 and those worked too.
Next test was to try For All Mankind. It normally stalled my computer as well.
It also worked!!!
Wow.
Very happy and easy to fix.
Pass my thanks to the developers.

Tried this out and it works. I can now download For All Mankind and other episodes from Apple TV. I did the below. I unchecked the Box that says
Enable GPU Hardware Acceleration in the settings for streaming services. Now it is all working great.

The failure could be due to insufficient graphics card resources while downloading and playing at the same time.

To confirm, can you get audio for playback using software player on your PC, like VLC, DVDFab Player 6?

@Mona, what I meant was that the popup that appears to select the episodes, audios and subtitles. On the subtiles dropdown it appears all subs. But on the audio dropdown it only appear 1 option "default", all the other audios doesn't appear on the dropdown. That happens on all movies/series.

It does capture the audio default.

I have tried to download Ted Lasso on 5 different computers and have not had success. One of the machines is a two month old i5. When the acceleration button is clicked on, they all fail around 7 minutes. When acceleration is deactivated, they all download very, very slowly and the audio sync is way off. Log files for 4 computers attached (max attachments).

It doesn't support choosing audio here. After you add the video to the queue, play it before you click Download, and then you can choose audio.

I am having a similar problem like FredH, but with "For all Mankind". The audio is now out of sync or missing. After the fix of acceleration being deactivated all worked fine . I had 5 episodes download and worked great. I paused for a week and went back to download more and now the audio is out of sync. The only difference now is a an update or 2 of DVDFab Downloader, because I have the same issue on 2 different computers.

I forgot to mention another issue I noticed just now, after one episode downloads, it stops and does not download the next episode when multiple episodes are selected. So if I select 3 episodes, it will record the first and stop no matter how long I wait. The only way to get the next one to start recording is to select cancel below and re-select download and it will then start to record.

AppleTV+ downloader 3.2.0.5 not working -> after AppleTV video intro it starts to download but you see only black screen, no progress in download status. All movies or series. Netflix download works. Hardware acceleration switched off.

I can't get Lasso episode 10 but the others downloaded fine a couple of days ago. I've tried on different computers with no success.
