Using Converter MP4 Error Message

Hello.

Apologies if this has been posted before.

I am using the Converter option and have attempted to drag an MP4 video into it for converting to MKV. I get the following error "Failure opening the selected file, please make sure it is playable". I have updated the software. Any thoughts?

This should not happen if the mp4 file is not corrupted in some way. Please attach the DVDFab internal log session from one of the times when you got this message. If you have the free MediaInfo tool, set it for text output and analyze the source file and also attach the MediaInfo text output to a post.
