Not really sure, but I have a few I subscribe to on Amazon Prime and have no problem downloading off them. Just try it you can always cancel it.

I also have several subscriptions through Amazon (they cal them Amazon Prime Video "Channels") and yes you should be able to download videos associated with those "channels" with the Amazon Downloader.
